Multi-channel fulfillment dashboard
the brief
A seller running on four marketplaces was reconciling orders, stock, and payouts by hand — four dashboards, four export formats, daily spreadsheet surgery.
I built a single FastAPI backend that ingests Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok Shop through their APIs, normalizes everything into one MongoDB schema, and keeps it fresh with background sync workers. The React dashboard on top gives one view of orders, inventory, payments, and financial reporting.
Delivered with a pytest suite covering the sync pipeline and API layer, and documentation for handoff.
